Kory Walsh was the salesman that helped me with the purchase of a new Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. I have bought numerous car/trucks over the past 25 years.  (I lease every 3 years, plus have other longer term vehicles I own) Kory is one of the top sales persons I have encountered. He earned my business by listening to how I like to "work" with a sales person and then meeting those needs. He did not try to make me meet his way (or the dealerships way) of sales. So many sales people try to do this it gets tiring of dealing with them.  I prefer to do most of the negotiating before I come to the dealer over the internet, phone or text where I can do my research and then ask questions re: options of pricing and vehicle details.  He met and exceeded my expectations. I feel he was fair and honest.  He quickly answered my questions and got back to me with the actual prices that I could depend on to make a decision. He did not quote vague numbers, saying we can beat the next guy, or the vehicle will not last, etc.  Even if another dealer could have beat the price by a few dollars (which I do not think they could by much ). Kory would have "EARNED" the deal by his salesmen's  actions and skills. He was very helpful regarding my trade-in and then options that I wanted installed on the Jeep. Thanks Kory!

"Great Customer Service"

Just got off the phone Riley today at 10.00am, 03/07/12 and he helped me out with a service oil change I had purchased and forgot about because of being diagnosed with cancer in the end of Oct of 2011. The same month I purchased the oil changes in a package of 3, my daughter came into town and took my vehicle to a different place for a oil change and forgort about the 2 I have left on this purchase of 3. He was very nice and explained that I still have 2 left to use before Oct 2012 was so nice and had great customer service when you have cancer everything goes out the door and you can't remember nothing but the cancer thanks so much for great customer service.

When I go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle I appreciate given price that is what the dealer will sell the vehicle for along with price substantiation. I detest it when a dealer wants to play games as an example, "make me an offer and I will take it to the sales manager". I am looking for the best price and usually have gone to other dealers and have an idea of the price I am willing to pay. Larry H. Miller Chrysler shot straight with me. I had just the opposite experience with Larry H. Miller Ford in Sandy at their Memorial Day tent sale. That is one reason I am driving a 2011 Chrysler 300 rather than a 2011 Ford Taurus.

Our 2-month-old new truck was stuck in park. Called Andy in Service and was told to call the tow company listed in the owner's manual. The tow company said they couldn't tow it for free because Chrysler's policy was that if it was stuck in park, the owner had to pay and then request reimbursement from Chrysler. I called Andy back and told him the situation. He said he would contact them but in the meantime, he gave me a local company to tow it instead (for free). They were prompt and courteous with their pick-up. Andy called to say there would be a delay in fixing the truck because the part was hard to find and would have to be ordered from Denver. It came in and the Service immediately fixed it and we were able to pick it up after hours the day it was done. Andy was extremely helpful in resolving the problem with the towing and very good about keeping us informed as to the status of our vehicle. Also I appreciated being able to pick it up after hours because of my husband's work hours. Thanks to everyone in the Service department that helped with this repair!

Dear Rick and Brian:
 
I just wanted to thank you both for following through on my issues regarding my service plan (oil change and tire rotation) and the confusion that occurred over that, as well as making sure your techs reset my oil change and tire pressure readings in the Jeep's computer.

Though I first talked with you Rick, when I arrived to have my tire rotation done, you were out briefly and Brian moved forward to help me. I just wanted you to know (and your boss-- if you'd like to pass it long) that we are happy customers (we also have a Ram Cummins as well) and your intervention to address my issues with my Jeep service was really appreciated. That is customer service at it's best and you both handled it in a nice manner and will full professionalism, even though you were both visably busy. Many thanks.

"Courtesy and appreciation goes a long way..."

I purchased by PT Cruiser at a different dealership and took it in to them for an oil change and I was very disappointed with their work. I decided to try Larry H. Miller Dodge and have been treated fairly now for over 4 or 5 years. I have used them exclusively for my PT.

2 or 3 years ago the car had a problem with the fuel gauge. I took it in to LHM Dodge and Andy Borders was the person who wrote the order. The car was still under warranty so there should be no problem he explained. He was very courteous and said the car would be ready that evening. I picked up the car and almost immediately the fuel gauge wasn't working again. I took it back in and Andy apologized and was very courteos and sympathetic.

I left the car and asked him to call and keep me updated. He called to explain that the part they put in was faulty and they would be able to get the part the next day and have it put in for me. I agreed and really appreciated the sincerity that Andy demonstrated. I picked up the car the next day and have had no problems with it since (Knock on wood).

The next time I took the car in for the oil change, which was a few months later, I was fortunate enough to get Andy to take the order. I waited at the dealership and when it was finished, there was no charge for the oil change. Andy explained that was the least they could do for the problem with the fuel guage and the inconvenience I had. I was impressed that he remembered the problem and then did something as a token of appreciation to a customer. Courtesy and appreciation goes a long way with me.

"Great Experiece..."

My experience with this dealership has been over a span of 3 or 4 years; I'd looked at buying a new dodge truck in 2008, but at the end of the day I just wasn't comfortable spending the money. The sales people and managers did not make me feel like I had wasted their time, which solidified my opinion then, that when i was ready to purchase again, I would definitely be back. I returned a few times over the next couple of years to browse, and see what might strike my fancy, and again, the staff were great at showing me what I wanted, and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting their time if I wasn't ready to purchase.

After searching high and low and researching all makes and models, I was ready to purchase this past week. I returned to LHM Dodge, and was fortunate to havee John Durfey be the salesperson to approach me. Since we're talking LHM here, I would like to say that John is a sales pro, in the same sense, that John Stockton was a pro. Smooth, efficient, low profile, and effective. He was always attentive to what I felt I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and mitigated every test drive I wanted to make. When the time came, he transitioned my needs to the sales manager, Nick who was just as impressive, but still stood on the wing waiting for whatever I may need. Nick and Mike (finance) got me everything I asked for and more, to make the deal as beneficial to the both of us as I think was ultimately possible.

Great experience, I would(and have) recommend(ed) this dealership, and these folks to any family and friend that asks me about my gorgeous new Dodge!

I wanted some larger tires and wheels for my 2011 Ram 1500 along with a leveling kit. I had been shopping the competition because I had no idea the dealer offered this type of service! I always figured the dealer was the evil place you took your truck when no one else could fix it! I was in to get an oil change, and asked service some technical wheel questions of Chris in service at which point I was directed to Jake in parts. Not only was Jake able to easily answer all the questions that the competition could not, but he surprised me by beating my next lowest price for the tire-wheel-lift package by nearly $500! Unbelievable! I ended up with exactly what I wanted without the compromises the competition was telling me i'd have to make for considerably less money!

Due to the great communication skills of the staff, and the excellent, knowledgeable service I've had to date at LHM Dodge, I've decided the dealer is the only entity, other than myself, that gets to touch my truck! Thanks Chris and Jake!

I am writing you this letter because Nic Edwards and Marian Ciubotaru both deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service.  My husband, Jacob Zabriskie, just recently purchased a 2008 Aspen from your Dealership.  I wanted to let you know that the service we received from your institution was the best we have ever received from any organization that we have done business with in the past.  You have some of the best individuals working for you that you could ever dream for.  We were upside down in a lease on a 2009 Dodge Journey making it difficult to begin with and to make the situation even more difficult the bank we were financed with for the lease also holds our mortgage.  They had mistakenly posted our lease payment to the mortgage and the mortgage to the lease showing both payments as being past due.  This made getting a correct payoff among many other things extremely challenging.  I would like to send a special thank to Marian Ciubotaru who was patient enough to wait and follow up with us when he found something that would work for our situation.  I would also like to send  a special thank you to Nic Edwards in finance who worked much too hard to get this deal to happen.  They both treated us with the up-most respect and kindness and I can not express enough how extremely lucky your institution is to have these two individuals working for you.  While most others would have told us to get lost these two went far beyond the call of duty and made this thing happen.  We will continue to purchase any future vehicles from your institution with complete confidence.  Thank you again for your outstanding service and we will recommend only your organization in the future to our friends and family.? ...Sincerely, Jacob and Nancy Zabriskie

I am writing this letter to say thank you for the expedient response from your staff in regards to a letter that we sent to you referring to our van?s faulty windshield.  My initial conversation with Kelli was very courteous and she seemed pleasantly concerned for us and our situation.  She put things into motion in a matter of minutes that had previously taken months.  I appreciated the manner in which she wanted to see to it that things got handled properly and with the utmost customer service.  Shortly after hanging up the phone with her, I was contacted by Andy Borders who continued the cordial and forthright pursuit of getting our windshield dilemma resolved, as we scheduled an appointment at our earliest convenience.
