Great Service

Thwe service was very good.

The service one receives depends on the rep one interacts with. All of my interactions with Todd Makin have been fantastic. Todd is very polite, and patiently explains the service that was done or needs to be done. On the other hand, I had once interacted with another rep - Kevin Butterfield - who has poor communication skills and couldn't seem to care less. I decided to come back on another day when Todd Makin was available.
